Welcome to the beautiful Whitewater-Rice Lakes area in South Central Wisconsin Walworth County at the tip of the Kettle Moraine state forest.  The GREATER WHITEWATER LAKE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION is organized to represent the Property Owners of Whitewater and Rice Lakes in order to promote, protect, and preserve the environment and the quality of life in this area.
